Devo dire che sono d’accordo con il quote: per noi italiani il cibo non è solo riempire la panza, è un momento da gustare.
E questa IMO è proprio la differenza tra la “dieta mediterranea” e quella anglosassone: non sono solo gli ingredienti, ma anche l’atteggiamento ed il contesto in cui si mangia o si beve.
