Questo simpatico oggettino vagamente somigliante ad un animaletto da compagnia è la nuova invenzione della Celluon, la compagnia koreana leader nel campo delle portable input applications.
Si chiama evoMouse e viene presentato come un’idea totalmente nuova, l’evoluzione del mouse!
Funziona con quasi tutti i computer tramite Bluetooth o USB.

Purtroppo non è ancora in vendita (chi ha detto incauto?).
In realtà secondo me è soltanto un’ottima applicazione di idee che girano già da un po’. Forse la precisione e la reattività non saranno a livelli ottimali (di certo non ci si può giocare ad un FPS), però mi sembra carino e farebbe la sua porca figura sulla scrivania al lavoro!
La caratteristica che più mi stuzzica è la tastiera virtuale e spero che questa tecnologia, grazie anche a questo prodotto, possa venire sempre più migliorata fino a diventare veramente un degno sostituto della tastiera fisica.
Di certo c’è che bisogna ancora lavorare molto su prodotti del genere per renderli appetibili al grande pubblico, come sottolineato in un commento su [url=http://www.likecool.com/]Like Cool[/url]:

No it won’t, my trackpad does all what evo does except for the virtual keyboard. But who want to use a virtual keyboard anyway? I think a company tried to launch a light keyboard, and it didn’t work, because people want keys on their KEYboard. And mouses are far from obsolete, they’re getting more and more ergonomic ; mine doesn’t hurt, and I work on my comp all day long, even the trackpad is comfi enough. Trying to create a new need, you’re doing it wrong. Plus, the design sucks :)
