Il nuovo gioco di ruolo Cyberpunk Red sarà presentato alla GenCon 2019
La R. Talsorian Games ha annunciato che Cyberpunk Red, il seguito di Cyberpunk 2020 e prequel del videogioco Cyberpunk 2077, sarà disponibile dal 1 agosto e verrà presentato in quella occasione alla Gen Con 2019.
Cyberpunk Red è il nuovo gioco di ruolo ambientato nel mondo di Cyberpunk creato a Mike Pondsmith: sarà ambientato in quello che viene chiamato il “Periodo Rosso” che va dalla fine degli anni trenta a circa metà degli anni quaranta del ventunesimo secolo
Costituisce quindi il seguito ideale di Cyberpunk 2020 e il prequel di Cyberpunk 2077, il videogioco attualmente in sviluppo da CD Project RED (e no, il titolo di questo nuovo manuale non è un riferimento a CD Projekt RED come stanno scrivendo tutti)
Il primo agosto alla Gen Con verrà presentato il Cyberpunk Red Jumpstart Kit, una scatola contenente tutto quello che serve per comiciare a giocare a Cyberpunk Red:
- Lore & Adventure Book con tutti i dettagli del mondo di Cyberpunk Red e uno scenario completo pronto per essere giocato, “Screamsheets”
- Rule Book con tutti i regolamenti base, aggiornati per questa nuova edizione, sembre basati sull’Interlock game engine di R. Talsorian Games
- Sei personaggi pre creati: Il Fixer, il Netrunner, il Nomad, il Rocker, il Solo e il Tech.
- Quattro grandi mappe del mondo e delle città di Cyberpunk Red
- Sei dadi: due da dieci, quattro da sei.
Designed by award winning game designer Mike Pondsmith, creator of the Cyberpunk universe, the Cyberpunk Red Jumpstart Kit remains true to the gritty roots of the original while serving as a gateway to the future of the line.
R. Talsorian Games is proud to offer this entry-level product to the gaming community and is confident those who use the Jumpstart Kit to explore the Dark Future will go on to explore the game and world deeper via the Cyberpunk Red core rulebook, due out later in 2019.
The Cyberpunk Red Jumpstart Kit will make its debut at Gen Con 2019 in Indianapolis on August 1st and will be for sale there at booth 1852.
It will also be available as a digital download, minus the dice, via DriveThruRPG.com on the same day. Physical copies of the Cyberpunk Red Jumpstart Kit will be available via the R. Talsorian Games webstore and through retailers shortly afterwards.
